Perth to Exmouth

After our wine excursion we were ready for the real adventure. We had rented a 4WD campervan to drive up all the way from Perth to Darwin. Northern Grande terre

We finally arrived to New Caledonia, a less frequented piece of paradise on the western tip of the south Pacific, on 10th January 2017. Due to flight availability to the real paradise islands we started our journey on the main island, Grande Terre, and headed north of Nouméa, the capital city. Komodo National Park

Early on the 25th we took a flight via Denpasar to Flores Island to spend roughly a week diving the impressive waters of the Komodo National Park and see the famous and highly venomous Komodo dragons on shore. The activities there were a bit above our budget, but we can already tell you: it was worth EVERY SINGLE cent!
